Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour and Cognitive Science 17th Annual Meeting
    GRADUATE STUDENT COMPETITION

June 15 - 17, 2007

The Donald O. Hebb Graduate Student Award shall be made to the individual who, in the opinion of the committee on this award, has been judged to have presented the best paper or poster at the annual meeting of the Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science.

Eligibility: Any individual registered as a graduate student at the time of submission.

Application Procedure:

  1. On the abstract submission page, check the box indicating you wish to be considered for the Donald O. Hebb Graduate Student Award and follow the normal procedure for submitting an abstract on which you are the first author.

  2. In addition to the 100-word abstract entered in the Document Abstract window, add a second, 400-word extended abstract immediately below it in the same window (please label the beginning of your extended abstract). Please note that this extended abstract will play a significant role in the student award committee's judging, so be sure that it clearly describes the findings and implications of your research.

  3. Each student is allowed to submit only one presentation (either a paper OR a poster) for consideration for an award.
Deadline: March 30, 2007

Any questions concerning this process should be addressed to bbcs2007@uvic.ca.

Please print a copy of this page before returning to the Abstract Submission Form.
