Instructions for Abstract Submission

  • The abstract submission process requires a title, the full name and institutional affiliation of all authors, and a maximum of 100 words of Abstract text.
  • When submitting an abstract, you may find it most convenient to prepare your abstract using a word processor, then paste the text into the abstract section on the submission web page.
  • The email address that you provide will be used for all communication concerning your submission. Check that it is entered correctly.
  • Identifying a Conference "track" in the abstract submission process will assist the Program Committee in scheduling your paper or poster with others on similar topics.

 

Instructions for Spoken Papers

  • Oral presentations will be allotted 20 minutes with a 10 minute question period.

 

Instructions for Posters

  • Poster presentations must be A0 portrait poster size (841 x 1189 mm).
